Default ? about tires sizes

ok Wheel gurus.. help me out with a little dilemna I have...

the wheels in question are as follows...

19 x 9.5
19 x 10.5

what size tires should go onto these size rims? Can anyone clarify this? I was told that a 305 was needed for the rear set of tires... a 275 fits a 10" wide rim perfectly... does a half inch make it need a 30mm difference???

thanks for your time...

no you won't need 305, that's way too much, that's for 11" i suppose. with 10.5" you should be using 295?

you getting that for your GS?!?!?! isnt' that way too wide?

With minor fender mods, won't a 10.5" work? Or am I thinking of the LS

JL, if it's a GS, I don't see how you're gonna fit 9.5's on the front.

front rim offset... +9 19 x 9.5
rear rim offset... -21 19 x 10.5

yes it sounds CRAZY. theres always something up my sleeve. Can't play all my cards at once. I just need to find my tire options. I am getting many different answers on what fits these rims in particular. As soon as I figure out my tire options, I will then figure out... which car will get these rims.

as for fitment on a GS? It won't fit the car stock wise. yes this is insane...
