Well, for your new tires if the roads are in bad shape you should probaly go with the fat set-up... If they are nice then go with spec.. Also if you tire is balding towards the side of the tire I think you need to put some air in that biotch....

Also, different tires (brand/model) will have a different "look" in terms of "roundness" of the edge no matter the size of the tire and wheel width....So Brand-X in 275 on a 10" wide wheel might look more "square" then Brand-Y in 275 on a 10" wide wheel...
Nitto (555 Extreme) tend to be very "square" tires...

Manaray, Thats exactly what I was trying to get at in the beginning of this post, which brand 285/30 would have a more verticle sidewall than others. I geuss I just wasnt wording it correctly. So the Nittos are pretty verticle tires huh. What sizes are you running again, and on what width wheels? Thanks

After alot of thought and going back and forth, I ended up going with the 245/35/20 F and 275/30/20 R, I went with the SO3's. I was just about to go with the 255/285 set up, but all I could think about is how I couldnt get rid of that last bit of rubbing on my last set, which was 255/285. I think this one step lower size will do the trick. Hopefully they won tlook stretched on the wheels, we'll see next week.
THanks for all of the input

No problem Pimpster.. I hope it works out for you.. Goodluck..
But I really don't see you having any problems since your car is dropped like mine and I forgot what rubbing sounds like now...
