Default Should I replace this tire?

So this just happened while I was trying to turn into a parking lot. The edge of my fender cut the corner (between the side wall and treads) of the tire and all that rubber came off. Occasionally, a little bit gets cut off from hitting bigger bumps and steep drive ways. But this time, a lot got cut off. Is it dangerous to keep using the tire? It's been used less than 4 months. No air leaks.

need a close up picture of the deepest cut on the tire - generally, should be ok, but if its down to the cords inside, it needs replaced...

I would look into getting the fenders rolled

The cuts seem pretty deep but looking closely at it, I don't see the cords anywhere. The amount that got cut off is less than half the tread amount so I'm guessing it's okay as you said. Thanks!
