Default 245's On 17x7.5 Rims?

Hey all, I have an '09 IS250, RWD.

I have 225's on front, and 245's on rear.

Anyways I wanna replace my factory rims. I found the XD Rockstar Car rims, and for 17", they come in 17x7.5 with 42mm offset.

I called Discount Tire and they said it'd be fine. BUT I wanted to ask you guys.

Discount said my factory rims are supposedly 8", so would my rear wheels look funky on 7.5's?

it'll work and probably won't be too noticeable, but, I generally dont recommend performance downgrades, which, narrower wheels will be...
