Fat Setup on GS 245/40/19 275/35/19, what offset?
What offset's should work with lowered car on fat setup?
Will I rub with oversized tires or do you need a high offset to tuck your wheels? (or do I have that backwords and need a lower offset)
I have SpeedStar Racing SSR GT3 front 19x8.5 offset is .38 (i think) rear is 19x10, not sure of the offset. I'm changing over to the 245/40 & 275/35 fat setup and wasn't sure if this would rub on my GS. Currently I have the L-Sportline Suspension, 1.75" drop with 1-1.5" gap with 245/35 & 275/30 19's.
Anyone have issues rubbing? This is the same setup as 20's lowered, but not clear if my offset is doable. It's very close as it sits now.
Any help would be great,thanks

Your front setup is fine...I've see 19x8.5 +41 and it works perfectly...+38 will be no problem...
As for the rear...I know that a 19x10 +43 will work fine...+41 works fine also...I haven't see the setup done on anything past +41. So I would say a +41 to +47 should be good for the rear.
You might be able to go more aggressive on the rear (like a +38) and still not rub but that that point, the wheel will start to look like it's sticking out of the fender....

Thanks again Manaray. I double checked the rear and it's 41 so it should fit according to your comments.
275/30 doesn't look right on a 10inch rim. IMHO it looks streched. We'll see how the 275/35 fits. It looked better in those Kranze Cerberus II's you posted a few months back.

The 275/35 do look better on a 10" wide wheel than the 275/30's do (on a 19" wheel set...on 20", 275/30 looks fine on a 10" wide wheel)...let us know how it fits...picts, picts, picts...gotta have the picts...
