I have 2 sets of oem 17" wheels. 1 chrome set and I have gunmetal gray set sitting in the boxes and I want some winter tires for them. Can anyone recomend a good tire that wont break the bank? Ill be dricing on snow and ice roughly 15-20% of the time, rest of the time will be mostly highway miles. I HATE ROAD NOISE!!! tires sizes are 235/45-17 1998 lexus gs400. I'd like to be around 400 bucks.
