can someone figure out the width of the tire and height of sidewall on these please


234 45/17

245 40/17

245 45/17

go to the info center on tires.com, there is a calculator on there.

234 45/17 234X.45= 105.3

245 40/17 245X.40= 98

245 45/17 = 245X.45= 110.25

these are the height

Divide first number by 25.4 to get the width in inches.

measurements are in mm. Divide by 25.4 to convert to inches.

235/45/17 = ~106mm/4.16in
245/40/17 = ~98mm/3.86in
245/45/17 = ~110mm/4.34in

The 245/45/17 will have the tallest sidewall out of the three.

I went 235 45 17 Good Year GT. The car feels new with new tires.
