Default Brake question (1997 LS400)

Hey guys,

I have a '97 LS400 with just shy of 130,000 on the clock. Not long ago, the rear rotors and pads were replaced with NAPA units, as the rotors were totally shot.

Now, when I hit my brakes, there is a fairly severe vibration coming from the fronts. It feels like they're grinding or even that the ABS is trying to kick in, and I have quite a bit of pedal travel. I put EBC Red Stuff pads on the fronts about two years ago, but I think they're ready to go.

Now, I'm thinking because of this vibration the fronts are warped. I'm considering changing the pads+rotors at the same time. For pads, I'm thinking Hawks over another set of EBCs as I've heard great things about them. As for rotors, I've heard that NAPA premium rotors are actually just re-labeled Brembo blanks. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks
