Default Cutting fender

Hey folks,
I put on a different set of rims today. 20 x 10 for the rears and 20 x 8.5 for the front. I have the Ltuned suspension which gives me about a 1" drop.

I do have some rubbing inside of the fenders so I need to either roll them or cut some off.

I did a search and found that this has worked for people, but I could not find how people have done this themselves.

What tool would I use to cut a section off of the inner fender and bend the rest?

Thanks for the help.

manuel what part of the car is rubbing if its in the front you just trim the plastic inner fender with a razor blade and if it is in the rear you need to take a small piece if the fender lip off look at it and see those srews trim up to the screw and youll be fine. if you want more info call me. thanks
