Got a picture of Blitz Type 3 wheels on a GS?
any one got a picture of the GS with blitz type three wheels in 19?? or even 18? I want to see how much i will need to lower it. I have decided if i will just go with springs or coilovers. How low have people been going with the fat lip type 3's?
i stuck i wheel size, 18 or 19? help me decide.

I don't have a pic but I have seen these type 3 wheels on a blue GS who eventually sold them to another GS owner. They are now on a black GS with full RMM kit, lowered with H&R springs. They look really good! They are 18". They look really good on the blue as well as the black. Good quality wheel as well. GET "EM!

Blitz 03 Experience
Had 17" 03's on my silver Supra TT. Awesome wheel and will probably buy again for my silver gs4.
Few points to ponder.
- The wheel looks very well suited for Japaneese cars. Esp. the silver. I actually pondered getting the spokes chromed, but never delt with it.
- The 17" gives the image of a 18". the 18's look like 19" Everyone would ask me if my 17's were 18's. IMO, rims like some BBS look smaller than their stated size. My reasoning for getting the 17 was that I never expected to go past a 275 rear and I didn't want to go down to a 35/30 profile tire as traction would suck and I would get too much wheel bounce.
- Wheel care is a bit of an issue. A) it is a reverse wheel (can't remember the exact term) so make sure your wheel shop is careful. B) The lip (nice an fat) has a clearcoat on it (at least mine which were 2+ years old did). So anything other than wax will scratch the inside of the lip. Also those fat lips have some issues in that rocks/etc. occassionally get banged around in their and scratch/nik the inside of the lip. (Think of a dryer).
- If you by chance mess up a rim or two be prepared to wait. I had to wait 3 months for my wheel to come in from Japan since it was an odd lot. Was actually talking with the US wholesaler as Suprastore got tired of my calls.
Good luck.
