Ok, im kinda of a noob with this whole streched tire thing, so bear with me. Im running 245/30/19 on a set of 19x9.5 so my tires are stretched pretty well.

My question is if tires are stretched should we fill the tires to the lower end of the recommended tire pressure range or on the upper side, or does it not matter at all if its stretched?

You should run a little higher psi with stretched tires. I set mine to 40-42.
