Default Quietest Tires

I have the 18" stock set up 245/40/18. And need recommendations on the quietest tire on the market. I don't care about handling/traction..etc. I drive my GS like a baby carriage anyway. Any suggestions? The Yoko's are killing me. It's a Lexus..I want it QUIET

i have the primacy hp after swapping from the yoko. Yes they are quieter but not worlds quieter. You will have to go to an all season tire to get a much quieter tire...

for quiet, you want the least performance oriented tire made in that size. something with small tightly spaced tread blocks. large tread blocks are great for handling, but noisier. unfortunately, in that size, i think your options are limited. the kumho ecsta asx fits the small treadblock description the best. i've installed kumho's on many many cars and never had a complaint about noise or quality. usually they are replacing michelin, or pirelli or someother high dollar over rated tire too.
