Mix and Match W and Y rating tires...

I know that if having different brands but same speed rating is fine...Is it fine if i have Falken 452 Y rated at the front and using General Exclaim UHP W rated at the rear?

Since both the speed rating is 150+ Mph, so it wouldn't matter if traveling below 100mph?
