I got a winter tire/wheel package from Tire Rack that I decided to put on today.
I could not find anything on the Michelin website on whether these are directional but I noticed on the sidewall there are arrows that appear to indicate the direction the tire is supposed to rotate. In looking at the tread blocks, they are definitely directional.

If this is the case, I will need to have two of the tires dismounted & flipped inside to outside to correct this. Should I just take it to a local shop and will Tire Rack reimburse? I need to do this asap as snow is on the way.

It would help if you posted pics. If you laid them out in a row,arrows on top, two arrows should be pointing one way and two pointing the other.
