HanKook Tires
I got a flat on my Dunlop SP Sport 5000M DSST and is looking to replace it with non-flat tires. My mechanic is recommends the Hankook Ventus V4 ES for my GS350AWD. I was thinking of going with Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position. He said the BRidgestone have a shorter trend life than Hankook. Does anyone here use Hankook Ventus?

I saw the Hankook Ventus listed in consumers report also. So maybe the tire guy is giving me the right advise on recomending Hankook over Bridgestone.

The Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105 is Ultra performance All-season. I know Bridgestone was has higher rating, but was willing go with less expensive Hankook because my mechanic shown me pairs of Bridgestone that was already wore out under 17k. He had another customer with Hankook and the threads with similar miles and the treads life was higher.

Bridgestones, driven and with proper alignment, will get 40k or better...

I ended up going with the Hankook K104's for my truck. I'm usually a Toyo T1-S buyer but opted for something a little less expensive this time around. They are great, this is on a 2wd crew cab Colorado and the traction as been great, even in Washington where we get occasional snow and ice and a lot of rain. Noise is hard to say because my stereo is always up loud but the wear looks very good so far, about 10k on them now. I would say the Hankooks are a quality tire.

definitely agree, a friend of mine has the hankook ultra high performance all seasons and they seem to be great tires for the price compared to bridgestones. He said he loves them.

got the Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105 for back tires this weekend on GS350AWD. Drive good. Corner less noise than runflat Dunlop 5000M DSST. Since I am slowly swapping to non-runflats, anyone knows where I can buy donut beside Dealers. Dealers told me I need 155/75/17 tire along with 17 inch wheel for donut.
