How do I search for wheels without specifying which car they are going on to?

The reason is because i have wide fenders for both front and rear, and I need something with much lower offset than what's recommended for my SC400.

I'm in the process of getting ready for the winter, and want to get some cheapo 16" with winter tires.

Anybody know how?

There is no way to do that on our site. Some people will use a dummy vehicle something that uses the specs you are looking for and sort of work around it like that.
