Default GS430 Excessive outside tire wear

What causes excessive outside tire wear? 2 months ago I took off my 17"s from my '99 GS300 w/ L-Tuned shocks/springs and put them on my GS430 with OEM suspension. While on my lowered GS300, I noticed even wear throughout the tire. After 2 months and 1,500 miles, I've noticed the outside of the fronts and rears are wearing faster than the inside. What is causing this? I would expect inside wear from the L-Tuned susp. on my GS300 and it was fine, but I'm getting outside wear from OEM susp? I consistently keep 33 - 35 psi in the tires. Any ideas?
