Big Rims
What is the biggest rims you can put on a 2001 Lexus IS 300?I mean like 20s or 22s or what if anybody knows please let me know.

22s? you gotta be kidding me. even 20s on the 1is is stretching it big time imho
personally 19s are the biggest i wold put on this car

I agree, 20"s can be done but I think 19"s are perfect for the IS.

I have 19" ADR's on mine and they Look JUST RIGHT!

19s are to big and weigh too much. Go with 18's and not ADR's, or Motegi's please. You have a 20k car you can afford a set of nice rims!!!!!

no, but I'm saying that someone might have cheaped out when purchasing wheels, and gotten a fitment that is not quite so right for their vehicle... 7.5 is wider than stock, yes, but 8" would be so much better, and on top of that, staggered 8" front, 9 or 10" rear would be better still...
18x7.5 is a cheap wheel size to buy as it fits almost anything with a high offset...

Slap some 24's on it, they'll fit.
J/K 19's are the perfect size wheel for that car, coupled with a low pro tire and its a killer set up!

19s don't mean heavy. a nice set of 19s forged can be lighter than a set of 18s cast

umm just because its bigger doesnt mean its heavier. and if it is heavier and slows u down... turn up the boost.
