Default 18'' Tire Size HELP

I have a 2001 Lexus GS430 and I just got a set of new rims 18x9 front with +40 offset & 18x10 rear with +43 offset Now what size tires can I used with those offsets 245/45/18 - 275/40/18 or will I need 245/40/18 - 275/35/18 which setup can I go with to have a more comfortable and quiet ride with no complications or modifications I really prefer the fat tire setup rather than a skinny tire setup any HELP will do thanks

I've got 245/40 and 275/35 18's and love them, and I highly recommend Toyo t1r's.
