Will these offsets fit on 98gs4
The fronts come in 19x8.5 +30 or +40. The rear is 19x9.5 with only one offset available at +25. For the fronts I'm guessing the +40 would be the best but I'm guessing the rear is too aggressive and won't fit without modification? If so, looks like I won't be able to go staggered with this wheel type.

The 19x9.5 +25 is only 3mm more aggressive than my old 20x10.5 +40.
If you stretched the tire a little and modified the fender you could get away with it.
My car currently has 20x10.5 +32 on the back (for test-fitting)... now THAT's flush with the fender!
(20x10.5 +32 sits the same on the fender as 19x9.5 +19... )

This set-up has 285/30-20 Falken FK-451s on it, which are stretched a little (the Falken FK-451 runs a little narrow anyway). The new set-up will use 295/25-20 tires on wider wheels.
The other guys are right, modifying fenders and stretching tires isn't for everyone. I do it because I like to push the envelope, and to me wheel/tire fitment absolutely makes/breaks the look of a car. If you were going for a VIP-look, you could use the more aggressive offsets with 225/35-19 front & 235/35-19 or 245/35-19 rear tires. To me, the 19x8.5 +40 option just looks lost in the GS front fenders. A 5mm spacer would help.
