Default Rim Question

I know I should be looking at the ***Official Wheel & Tire Fitment Guide for SC300/SC400*** and figuring this out by myself but please give me a break just this once... I need your opinions.

I'm thinking about buying these (link to ebay to see the rims):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18in-...46738991QQrdZ1

I would think I would have to buy adapters to get them to fit in the first place because they are made for VW's and Audi's. But will this be a big headache for me and should I not do it? If I have to have things shaved down etc. I won't do it... Please tell me what you think before I mess up, spend over a grand and then realize that I shouldn't have wasted my money.... Thanks for your help!

VWs and Audis have a 5x100 bolt pattern. Lexus have 5x114.3, there aren't any adapters to make those wheels fit

They are in prestine condition and fit many cars, especially for AUDI's, VW's & other makes and modles. Please check your car for proper fit.
Well id give you an answer but he didnt specify the bolt pattern or offset. So who knows.

Just be patient and continue stacking your money, eventually you'll see something suitable pop up here in the wheels classifieds

Speaking in terms of the SC, I avoid any wheels that say they fit German cars.
