Talking wheel question

Hi guys! I'm getting some new SSR Vienna Sovereigns for my GS3... I just wanted to verify the offset with the more knowledgeable people here to make sure it will fit just right. I did a quick search and didn't find an answer to my specific question.... Anyway I'm getting 18x8.5s all around. Does the +35 offset medium disk sound ok? I don't want to shave/roll the fenders or the calipers. I have the stock GS calipers and I don't intend on getting a BBK. The car is stock height but will eventually drop about an inch or so (Tein CS). The tires will be 245/40... Will everything (caliper/fender) clear ok (before and after a 1" drop)? No rubbing on hard turns?

Please help me out. It's my first set of aftermarket rims so I don't want to make a mistake..

Oops sorry... yes it's a 2002 GS3. Thanks for the reply rominl. So by close, are you concerned about the caliper or the fender? What do you think about the rubbing situation after ~1" drop?

I have two options either a +37 high disk or a +35 medium disk. The second option gives me about 12mm more of lip so that would be great but if it's going to rub anything I think I might go with the safer fit. I don't know though. What would you guys do? I mean if it only rubs when I gotta turn hard into a 90degree driveway or something then I guess I can live with that... But if after a 1" drop I gotta constantly watch out for bumps and turns then it's not worth it for me....

Thanks again!

well i do't know about the disk type, i think med disk is ok, but since it's not a standard to follow i can't say for sure

for offset 35 is close meaning that if you go lower you might start to rub the fender a bit
