I have to change my tires soon...anyone know when the Toyo T1-Rs will be available?

I've seen it in this UK site:

I wouldn't mind being the guniea pig and trying it out if the price is not too off from the T1-S.

Wow, interesting info on this new toyo tire.. For tires in 20's I am assuming it will be $300+ per tire. Toyo T1-S is awesome already.

if jap co continues to do what they have been going in the past, we might /might not get this tyre after initial intro...ie, yokohama avs es100 came out in japan 2.5 yrs ago(DNA grand prix), and we did not get them until much later in time..

some tyres do not even come to our shore..ie, the new dunlop DZ-101..direzza

it is all about marketing; and we all know sometimes japan prefer to keep the best in japan (and may be europe)

Saw an ad for T1-R's in one of those Import Tuner type mags (I was bored at Barnes and Noble ), so there is a possibility that it might be available sometime in the future...only time will tell.
