Question on Rim Offsets?
I am looking at a set of rims for my SC430. They are HRE 547's. The rims are 18"x9". 5x114.3 offset of 35. I noticed that the stock offset is 38mm in some other posts here. Would these rims fit. How important is the offset and how close does it have to be to the stock rims?

it's very important to get the right offset so you don't rub. it's the same size all around? if so, i THINK it will fit. the sc430 takes lower offset, so the setup you talked about is good i THINK. you should check again to make sure coz' i am not expert on the sc430
the stock offset is 38 that's one thing, but you can't just compare it with the 35 here, coz' both wheels have different width

Those will fit, but they will still be a little inset (kinda like the factory wheels are). In a 8.5 width, the SC can accept a 20" wheel with offsets in the high 20s!
