They both run about 2 grand let me know what you guys think.

Well for me personally I'd want 12k/10k. RSR doesn't offer this custom spring rate. If you don't care about keeping AVS, go with CKS with custom Swift Springs. Wish I did the same. My car is scraping pretty bad when hit dips on roads at high speed. The 9k/8.3k RSR springs are not stiff enough to handle the dips. but then again stiffer springs mean less comfort so it's up to you what you prefer.
