Default Brakes for 2008 GS350 AWD

Purchased 4 wheel rotor/par replacement kit (Part #K4071) from RockAuto.com rear rotors are fine but front rotors are not same as original equipment and can not be installed. Tried to phone RockAuto but only get referral to website, which is no help. Has anyone had this problem? There are easily noticeable differences between rotors supplied by RockAuto and the OE rotors on the car which could mean incorrect re-engineering, supplied wrong part or improper machining of part at RockAuto (or its supplier). Has anyone had same experience? Does anyone know how to actually get through to a human at RockAuto? Has anyone used their front rotors (Part numbers JBR 1308XR and JBR 1307XL) successfully?

I have 2007 GS350 AWD. I love RockAuto prices, but half of my orders have to be returned for wrong parts. They are good about replacing but its a time sink. Front rotors might be slightly different from each other--I've had two shops tell me that the rotors are different but RockAuto and Lexus say they are the same. I don't know...from your post it looks like they are marked L and R for left and right--first I've seen it that way! Please post again if you sort it out. Thanks.

You probably ordered RWD rotors for your AWD car.

I had a warehouse mix up with he front right sway bar link before, wrong item in box. My car was on the lift and we destroyed the old link to get it out because it was seized. And I was forced to buy a cheap generic one to put on for now and they charged me $45 outrageous! Then I send it back and they sent me the correct Moog one and I sold it on Ebay. When this generic one goes I am gonna get a Mevotech one.

I also recently purchased Stop Tech rotors because I have 199k on my car now, I hope they fit. LOL
