Default Coilover Questions

Just replaced my front struts with coilovers this weekend. My struts were going bad and I opted to install HKS. I'm new to this but after installing drivers side is lower then the passenger side. I want to keep it at the stock height during the winter.
How does one go upon knowing the proper stock height and making the adjustment?

There are specs on stock ride height and they maybe within a thread here, otherwise I would do a google search, you may find what your looking for there.
How is the ride on these HKS's? I'm curious...
