Show me your air lines!
My Air Runner set up is on the way and I plan to get everything in place so when I take the car to get the struts installed its plug and play for the installer (save me about $700). I was hoping some of you guys on air would show me where you ran your lines or had best recommendations. Thanks!
I'm not sure where the fitting is on your struts, but mine were at the top in the rear and I had to drill a hole through the body up near the upper mount to route the lines straight to it. There was no way to connect the lines after the strut was installed so I had to install the strut with the line hooked up and feed the line through the body. Kind of a PITA.
My front fittings are at the bottom of the bag so the line/fitting actually moves with the suspension. I didn't understand why Ksport made them like that.
Mine are all getting replaced with 3/8" next weekend so I get to do it all over again haha.
The best way I could come up with in the front was to route the lines in the fender well.
This was a "test" fit on the front. One front line was damaged so it ended up being too short, but I had to leave a bit of a loop to allow movement.

for the front im running my line's in side the car then drilling a hole to mount a fitting so it sticks out in side the wheel well to a steel flex line to the bag
same thing in the rear but it will be a hard line to the fitting then a flex line to the bag
this way nothing can hurt the line and because when its winter time i can install my stock struts and take off the flex line and cap off the fitting
