Honestly, the time it takes to drive and buy a cheap set of wrenches to use to hold spinning bolts is less time then you spend trying to get the strut out with the sway bar attached.

i'm new to wrenching on my car so i had no idea i needed those things. i may try to do this again if i can't find someone to do it cheaply.

Tanabe springs installed this weekend. My first time working on my car (Thanks Jeff Tsai for DIY to give me the courage to do it!) Looks good to me. Thanks Josh @Meraki for the springs.

How do the cars ride after lowering? About the same as stock or much firmer?

Yes... I believe AWD & RWD springs are the same. The only difference is front side
