U get the odd rubbing. No rubbing No vibrations or shaking none at all. I just did a 300km road trip and it handles , rides is nite and day compared to OEM ride and for the guys that don't like the wheel....then don't cause that just how i roll!
I ordered striaght from meganracing themselves. Costed about 1195 shipped to my door and another 400 for labor. For ME with my end results definetly worth It and then sum

The drop looks good, glad to hear someone doesn't have the vibrations, I am not sure if I will have that luck......reason people are not so liking the rims, as they are a little hard on the eyes, not in a disrespectful way, just don't flow with the nice body lines of your...nice car...but hey I am sure they flicker rollin!!!! I thought I seen these coil overs on megans site for much cheaper than that

http://www.meganracing.com/product_d...=1060&catid=86 MSRP $799.....is there a different set you got????

So are these more superior to the BC Racing ones? Cause the BCR's cost more.

Is this the first instance of an AWD GS being lowered on either coilovers or springs with no vibrations/rattles etc? It certainly seems that way to me. I was pretty much sold on BCR coils until I read this thread.

It seems like ez and lp have the same body. So it doesn't mean lp can be lowered without vibes.

And sorry for reviving such an old thread.

Drop looks nice but I think the wheels would rather look better on Impala.
No offense though, if you like them then its cool.

HI Guys,

Trying to find out what happens when you go from stock (sport button) to coilovers on a gs430? I know you loose that function but do any lights come up since the system is no longer connected?

Just had my megan street-lp series coils installed this weekend and all I have to say is AWESOME! Total drop height is about an inch & a half and I have them set to 20 on the damper adjustment. Had them installed by a dude I found on craigslist that works from home that specializes on suspensions, it only took him a little over an hour to install all four and about another 25 min to adjust them to the height I wanted. Once installed I test drove it on the street and freeway and it rides perfect. A little stiffer than stock but nothing extreme. Road noise is almost the same and I have no vibration issues.
