Default Adjusting Tein CST coilovers ?

Sorry, tried searching but could not find any older threads.....

I know there are two nuts/rings below the spring. What I dont know is the direction where I need to turn them to lower the height of the car. Is it up or down ? Thanks

Edit:
Sorry, I keep forgeting that we have a sep. section for these questions, mods please move this thread. Thanks again!!

Really depends on which way you look at them. If you look at them from the top down (from the upper seat), then it's clockwise. If you look at them from the bottom up, then it's counter-clockwise.

An easy way to look at it is with them while already installed in the car and the wheel off, is to turn the seat to the left.

dont touch that upper spring seat that is touching the bottom spring. thats for your preload. adjust the lower ring to loosen the spring seats, then adjust the very bottom ring (just above the strut) to adjust the height, then you can tighten up the lower ring to the upper spring seat ring.
