Default Tein vs. Tanabe

OK, I'm about to pull the trigger on my drop, but I want some opinions on what to go with. I have an 06 GS300 AWD. I want a mild drop. Looking at the Tein S-Tech and the Tanabe NF210's. If any of you have these, I'd like to hear your opinions of them. Are there really any differences between the two, pros, cons, etc. Also, which springs did you use - the ones for the 300 RWD or the 430 RWD?

Thanks for the help.
