Default H&R Springs

Hello Everyone!

I have a set of brand new H&R springs that I purchased for my ML over 2 years ago that I never used. I am currently in the process of purchasing a GS300AWD and will look to slapping on some 20inch rims and I wanted to lower the vehicle also. Can I use these springs that I never used i My ML, on the GS300AWD? Or is there a specific kind that I need? Also, if you have lowered your car, can you advise what springs you used, how does the ride feel and how many inches was it lowered?

Thanks in advance to all.....

Unfortunately AWD is a little trickier to lower, but it has been done by
someone using springs for an RWD GS. I'm kind of conservative, so
I tend to stay away from these kinds of warranty voiding operations

What's ML? It'll work as long as the spring rates are okay. In other words what type of curb weight and weight distribution were those H&R's designed for? Also, the overall diameter of the coil spring should be the same dimensions as stock in order for the spring to seat properly.

FYI, I installed Tanabe NF210's (1.3" in the front and .9" in the rear) in my car and I have no problems. Lexus techs even drove my car many miles to troubleshoot/fix interior rattles and creaks after the install. The drop is so subtle that the service consultants and master technicians couldn't even notice it was lowered. The look and ride is great and you should have enough room for 245/35/20's all around. I believe the NF210's set the RWD slightly lower than the AWD.
