Default Wheel Spacer help is200t fsport

I purchased a new set of Konig oversteer wheels for my is200t 2017(fsport), only for them not to fit, unfortunate . The area of concern regards the front brake calipers as they don't have enough clearance and rub the wheels So now I find myself shopping for wheel spacers. From lurking around the forums and reading about the other people's choices when it comes to spacers as well as measuring myself i decided to go with 15mm spacers for the front for now. But now I'm stumped as to the whole idea of hub bore and hub centric wheels/mounts confuse me. I posted some information regarding the wheels below hopefully someone can rescue me in these dire times. Any suggestions help as I'm pretty noob when it comes to cars and still have lots to learn.

Questions:
How can I pick the right wheel spacer regarding the hub bore situation

Specs
Car: Lexus is200t 2017 Fsport
wheel hub mounting is about 60mm
stock suspension

Wheel:
Konig oversteer 18x8, 5x114.3, +45mm, bore diameter 73.1mm
