Default ABS/VCS light

Having an issue with my 07 IS250 RWD.

I have a right rear wheel speed sensor issue. I bought a scan tool, and it comes up with a code for it. I checked the sensor, ohms are good (about 400) and compared it to the left side (ohms are also about 400). I rolled the dice, and bought a new sensor anyways, and the condition is still present. I checked voltage, and it's zero at the wheel on the right, and I've got battery voltage on the left (12.3). I started chasing wires, pulled the wheel well, pulled the back seat, followed the wires as far as I could to see if there is a break anywhere, and no dice. I don't have any manuals for the car, and what I can find online doesn't seem to match. It calls the ABS module behind the glovebox an "anti skid module" and the ABS module in the engine compartment the ABS module. The TIS website says it doesn't list wiring diagrams, so I don't want to waste my money there. I checked for tech service bulletins, and also came up empty.

Someone throw me a bone before I take this thing to the Stealership and get boned!
