Default 2010 IS250 suspension noise

Hi all, new to the thread but have always used as a resource. My 2010 is250 is making a noise whenever i go over bumps as well as when I hit the brakes. The sound is a loud pop/clunking noise coming from the front suspension. Any thoughts would be helpful? I took to a shop who said all the suspensioncomponents seemed ok.

My car is doing the same thing as well. I read that it can be a result of a bad lower control arm (LCA). I’d recommend using liquid dry lube and go from there that’s my plan. Good luck!

I would start with the sway bar bushings. Could be control arms but they’re a lot more expensive.

I had front suspension noise for a while, couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally took it to my mechanic. He checked and serviced the brakes. Apparently the front pads were sticking and making clunking noise.
All is good, no more annoying noise!.

id say check your sway bar links especially the front ones. the noise you describe over bumps is typical of these when the joints loosen up

Was the pop/clicking noise after taking off at low speeds and hitting the brakes? I get that noise but never at high speeds or after been driving the car for a while. I do hear a clunk noise when I hit a bump sometimes but that's different from the pop I hear in the driver side only.

"I also hear something similar to this. Did you manage to get it fixed? What was the source of this sound?"

It's been a while since I heard that clicking noise in the front. It usually clicked in the morning when the car was cold. Mechanic told me my front pads on one side were sticking. He serviced the brakes, all clicking went away and never returned.
