WHeel size and tires
does anyone know what a good size tire is with 19in wheels given the fact that it's going to be lowered with no tire gap

Popular setup would be Front 19X8.5 with 235/35/19 and Rear 19X9.5 with 265/30/19. The offset will factor in as well.
A little more info might help with a better answer to your question.
