Default 2IS and 3IS front control arms the same?

I did my research and found out that 2is and 3is share the same FUCA but megan sells 2 different FUCA.
does anybody know why? megan 3is fuca is about $50 cheaper than the 2is i was wondering if i could just get the one for the 3is.

It looks like the 2is Megan A arm has the regular ball joint. The 3is seems to have the pillow ball joint instead.

As you found out, the arms are the same for 2IS and 3IS, so if they make different ones, they should both fit either car, there will likely be a difference on their end, however the fitment should be the same.

In theory, they should work fine unless Megan did something to their design that wouldn't clear something on the 2IS body or similar. I expect they should be fine.
