An alignment would typically take care if that. Or the aftermarket front bushings like rr racing or figs .

Default Camber wear 08 IS350 RWD

I have wear on the inside corner.Had it aligned twice.3/32 the first time and 6/32 toe in the second time, but still seems to be wearing. Will bushings fix it?Or do I need to do lower control arms?

What tire pressue you run up front?
Observation after two months: these turn sharp and as I increase toe in to reduce inner wear, the scrub or scuff effect from turning sharp in parking lot is huge!
Try to minimize sharp sharp turns at low speeds, increase front tire pressure by a couple of psi and watch it.

If 6/32" starts feathering the outside edge then start thinking about bushings but toe and pressure should do the trick. Also post up alignment data and maybe a current condition tire pick.

First of all you don't have camber wear, you have toe wear. 3/32 of toe (toe in or toe out?) is mostly reasonable, depending on what you are trying to accomplish. 6/32 is too much for a street car and will DESTROY your tires as you are experiencing. It might be possible to find a magic static toe number that offsets the dynamic toe changes created by soft bushings that results in even tire wear, but I doubt you are going to get there. And if you do get there you will destroy several sets of tires in the process by experimenting with that much toe.

If you are concerned about tire wear you need your toe to be very close to 0, and you need FIGS or RR bushings, its been proven on many 2IS cars. My front tires wear evenly. I've got ~1.5 degrees of negative camber, 1mm (a bit more than 1/32") of toe out, and FIGS bushings.

Shouldn't have any abnormal wear from a 1" drop. get an alignment first.
