Default proper spots to use floorjack on gs400

yesterday i was trying to find a spot to use my 21/2 ton floor jack on my 99 gs400. but everywhere i looked it seemed like that spot could crunch up. does anyone know the safe spots for gs 400? i did a search and found a thread for sc 300&400, i wonder if cross member and differential are the spots on both SC & GS

Just to the inside (towards the centerline of the car) of the jackpoints listed in the manual. That's what I used, and the rear differential. I put mine up on stands for a little over a week with no bending.

If your car has been in for service, you can also look for where the lift make impressions in the undercoating - this is the same place where I did my jacking (no comments, please).
