Default Coilovers and fitment?

So I want to lower my SC300, and want a set of coilovers. What's a decently priced quality set? I don't want anything too cheap, but also not looking to drop a grand for a set either. Also, I want to adjust the offset and will most likely get spacers. Any suggestions on a good offset that'll make the tires about even will the fenders?

If you want to retain a more comfortable ride quality, I believe you would want one that retains the factory tophat. I think Tein makes these. If you are not planning on adjusting height, why not look into a spring/strut combo, instead of coilovers? Using mk4tt springs/strut combo gives a great ride and decent drop (depending on whether or not you are using aftermarket springs or factory).

At the end of the day, it's all about the budget. The question really is, what do you want to spend?
