Default Tyre size. Front diameter inc.

My Oz 2012 IS 350 has 225/40/18 front, 255/40/18 rear.
I would like to put 235/40/18 on the front (PS3) as I have some available.
Does any one know if the slightly larger diameter +3% will make the ETC or any thing else throw a fit?

Cheers Baz

My own reply.
Had some Michelin PS4's available 235/40/18.
Too large , Square on rim AND rubbed on rear inner guard on lock

Fitting 225/40/18 PS4's tomorrow. Plus 255/40/18 PS4's to the rear.
Those Michelins are a more fuller tyre than the Bridgestone Turanzas the car came with.

Down under the cost in OZ this week is approx:
F 225/40/18 $260 Au
R 255/40/18 $360 Au
Running 38psi atm.

The 235/40/18 are a lot cheaper as its a common size here. Great for Audi and Golfs to replace the OE 225/40/18's. Thats why I had some.
