Default '14 IS250 RWD not tracking right

Hey everyone,
Just joined the club and bought my IS a few weeks ago. This is my first time venturing away from my beloved Ford's!
Long story short: Car had 7k miles on it. During test drives, everything appeared great. Driving home, there is a stretch of freeway that is grooved pretty good from heavy traffic. When I got to that stretch of road, the car almost felt like it was on ice! I was fighting the wheel trying to stay in my lane and found it to be quite unsettling. I made an appointment to have the alignment checked at my local Lexus dealer. I ha also noted that the outer edges of the tires looked to be wearing a bit more than the rest of the tire. The service writer informed me that both the tracking and the tire wear wear normal for the RWD IS and that it is just something that "we all" have to live with. I told him I wanted the alignment checked anyway and he told me that they didn't have time to get to it on this appointment (hmmm, I thought I made my appointment for an alignment?). So, off I went feeling like I had just been conned by some punk at the local Lexus dealership!
As the saying goes, "trust, but verify". Does anybody have any useful information regarding the tracking info that I have described? I don't know that I would trust the guys who have done my truck alignments to do an alignment on this car, so I'm hesitant to take it somewhere else.
Your thoughts and opinions are appreciated!!!

Mine pulls to the right (even after 2 alignments). Still looking to see if anyone else here has the same issue. However, I do have it lowered on RSR down springs.
