E-brake barely engages, where to begin?
The E-brake in my 92 SC400 engages when I rip it usually 1/5 times, I'm guessing the line needs to be adjusted but I'm not too sure how to do this in these cars.
Is there a DIY anywhere that shows how to adjust the line in these cars? I can pretty much drive with the e brake engaged and the rear wheels will still spin without hesitation so I'm thinking it's only engaging when the handbrake is engaged completely vertical to the ceiling.
Any ideas on where I need to begin?

Here ya go :
1) jack up rear of car + chock front wheels
1b) seriously, chock the front wheels
2) remove rear wheel
3) put car in neutral, e-brake off
4) in the rear disc-drum there are a few 8mm access holes
5) turn one to the 6-o'clock position
6) you can now see the e-brake adjustment gear with a flashlight
7) use a screwdriver to adjust the e-brake gear until the disc-drum doesn't want to spin easily
8) repeat for other wheel
If that doesn't work you'll need new ebrake shoes or there could be something wrong with the line itself.
