Need help sc300 parts will fit sc400?
Hello all,
I Just got a 93 SC400 from a family that had it collecting dust for two years. Took it to my mechanic to check and one of the main thing he found was that I need to replace the lower control arm on the left side (driver).
Now he checked for the part and the price was $600+ I've been looking for it online and have found some places where they say the sc300 will fit and some others say won't fit, I just. Want to make sure cause the sc300 lower control arm are way cheaper than the sc400.
If anyone can help I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance

^^ Absolutely! For the uppers (front UCAs) there is also Dorman on the aftermarket but I'd also recommend the MKIV LCAs and UCAs. The rubber formulation is better in the Toyota part and will still compliment the Lexus ride quality.
It is the rear subframe of the SC that is incompatible with MKIV Supra control arms. Uppers and lowers for the rear SC suspension must be spec'd for an SC. Thankfully it is the front LCAs that are most prone to bushings and balljoints (non-replaceable) wearing out.
