I got mine installed and I have to tell you that the Ohlins is much more comfortable to ride with than the V3.

I would say the Ohlins is more suitable for daily use.

Beautiful suspension pieces there. Wongnee, are you doing trackdays with this setup?

Well... the Road&Track series is meant for daily driving use.

"Öhlins Road&Track is designed to improve the performance and comfort of your car.

With the Öhlins DNA featured everywhere in these products, it’s the must have upgrade for your car. It currently features over 25 applications and more are coming."

I don't go trackdays.

The SRP in Japan is about US$2,300, I don't know if it's expensive or not.

The most expensive coilover set for the 3IS on the market ) The top RSRs are about 1800$, HKS and TEIN cost 1100-1200$, BLITZ sells their ZZR set equipped with motors for the same 1200$.

Could you give us some impressions now that you have used them for a while?

Thanks!

I have some experience about Ohlins DFV, KW V3, PSS10...
Ohlins DFV 16/12K on 2017 GSF (currently)
KW V3 on 2007 G35S (6 years ago)
PSS10 on 2007 G35S (currently)

Damping: Ohlins > KW > PSS10
Comfort: Ohlins > KW > PSS10

I think both Ohlins and KW are very fun but Ohlins is more comfortable especially at lower speed. However, the Ohlins on my GSF with 10% lowered tire pressure is still a bit firmer than GSF's stock suspension and GSF's stock suspension is still firmer than IS350 F sport I tested 3 years ago...

The spring rates of Ohlins DFV for IS350 are 14/10K which are a little softer than my GSF's but my GSF is also a little heavier. So, I guess the ride of IS with Ohlins could be similar to that of my GSF with Ohlins.

Currently I set Ohlins damping settings on my GSF to 8F/12R (1 is firmest). The ride with 10% lowered tire pressure is still from comfortable to very comfortable at least 95% of the time...

That's a 50 something guy's personal experience... Might be wrong...
