Default Time for brakes need help

I've done a lot of research. Car - 2014 350 Fsport awd. Recently hit 22k on the od. New tires went on and an alignment as of Friday. Now the brakes.....

I've read some scary reviews about centric / stoptech rotors on the Bmw forums. Personally, I've always run hawk hps pads and loved them. Seems like this isn't an option.

Options:
Rotors -
blanks
Cryo treated blanks
Slotted
Drilled
Drilled and slotted

Lexus told me not to buy slotted. But I was always told that slotted is better for heat and strength since drilled tend to crack. I've seen ebc rotors but they are pricy.

Brakes -
What else is needed besides the pads. Do I need a shim or hardware kit?
Recommendation for pads:
- stoptech
- akibono
- brembo
- centric post quite
