Default outer tie rod

Hey guys, so I swapped my 19s wheels with OEM 16s for the winter and now when i drive the car i take a sharp turn like for parking where you have to turn the wheel all the way the tie rod touches the rim on the inside and its doing it on both sides... turning left and when turning right.
I replaced the rack and pinion few months back.
