Yes that's the one. They need to seriously crank that thing down. Slightly over tightening it. It won't damage anything but your alignment will stay intact. Jeff Tsai's thread is somewhere around here. I'll look for it..

I told them to do that and he said it was already tight. He was surprised because the car drives straight and doesn't pull but straight is tilted to the right. He aligned it again for free. Could hitting a pothole knock the steering wheel off center that easy but still let the car drive straight? My girl hit a pothole or two so maybe that was it? Lemme know what you guys think
