Fsport front sway bar

Trying to figure out why the 2006-2008 IS front sway bar is different than the 2009-2013 IS sway!! Any ideas???

The F-Sport AWD front bar is the same 06-13.
The F-Sport RWD front bar is different between 06-08 and 09-13 (the ends changed and the links are at a different angle).
